Quality but the desk wheel does not fit on properly need to contact Julian Bowen direct as this seems to be a problem as saw it in a furniture show room and I asked them and they had the same problems. Managed to split the furniture when trying to get on so have left it on for now.

Some of the screws pushed through too far and pierced the paintwork.
The sliding mechanism on the pull out desk is not smooth at all.
The wheel on the pull out desk sits too low so that the desk does not fit under the bed.

Really thrilled with this product. Excellent quality, much better than I was expecting for the price. A similar one in M&S, also in solid pine retails at £200 more. The 'wardrobe' is a little small to hang anything in but we have used it to store toys instead. The only thing worth men...

An option to have a cupboard or a wardrobe unit would have been good as already have wardrobe and was desperate for cupboard...will only take few screws and a shelf to recitify though,...

VERY easy to put together, good instructions.
overall finish would have been imporoved if the holes on the inside side rails had a filler or cover, as you can see the holes all the time. Making the finish alittle poor.
Daughter does not seam to mind, she is very please with her bed.

The delivery of the bed was prompt, the bed itself is well made but there are a few, places that are not up to standards and there is not enough paint on some of the edges plus a very splinter like chip out of one of the panals, but my 4yr daughter was very pleased with it
