My only complaint concerns delivery. I was not told my order would be delivered by one person and that he would require help on arrival. Fortunately my eldest son was home at the time or the delivery would not have been able to be made. I most certainly would not have been able to give assistance.

The Stompa premium pocket sprung mattress is of very good quality, especially given the low cost. My son, who is 6 years old, has started to sleep throughout the night for the first time in his life!

great customer service team. delivery was as stated but they did damage the mattress on delivery so a replacement had to be arranged which was done quickly and very efficently by the customer service team. Would order from them again.
