sorry about this issue however if the manufacturers are supplying the spare part because the item is faulty then they do need to see the photos and as do we, as according to our terms and conditions. |

My only complaint concerns delivery. I was not told my order would be delivered by one person and that he would require help on arrival. Fortunately my eldest son was home at the time or the delivery would not have been able to be made. I most certainly would not have been able to give assistance.

great customer service team. delivery was as stated but they did damage the mattress on delivery so a replacement had to be arranged which was done quickly and very efficently by the customer service team. Would order from them again.
