Very good, they had to change the delivery date due to availability of items, but did so very promptly, and rang as requested 30 minutes before delivery ;so that I didnt have to wait in all day. Delivery/van driver very polite and helpful.

I wouldn't be able to use this pillow to sleep on as I sleep on my front & my head gets 'swallowed' up by the foam. However, for what I use it for (support when lounging semi propped in bed or on the sofa) it is superb & stops me getting neck or back ache. I wouldn't hesitate to but another...

The Casa and Rondo range are the higher quality range... |
