On Tuesday last, I rang your sales team and spoke to a lady called Andrea. What a delight it was to speak to somebody who actually wants to help, rather than somebody who just says yes or no as a matter of course.
I had a problem, in as much as I needed a 4' bed before the Easter week-end and Andrea worked extremely hard over the Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday, to locate and secure a promise of delivery for the Thursday. I was kept up to date at all times and was extremely grateful for all the work that had been put in.

When we were told 5-7 days delivery thought we would believe it when we saw it but then next day got phone call to arrange delivery!! Communication via email and phone first class and we had choice of delivery days-ending up with everything we ordered in 5 days!!! Given delivery window of 10.30-1 (via text/email) and came at 10.20-as I said first class from start to finish!!

We have ordered the Thuka Maxi 21 High Sleeper from BedzRus for our Son in August 2009 and could not have made a better choice. Before we ordered the bed we had searched this particular High Sleeper searching the internet for a good price and a company which offered good services.
Unlike other websites BedzRus is offering a straight forward and very clear website and most importantly no hidden costs as well as a price matching policy. Firstly we found the identical High Sleeper cheaper at an other website but were not happy with the services offered there. When we contacted BedzRus they matched the price, offered an exceptional professional, efficient and friendly service and gave us excellent advice on the choice of mattresses. Consequently we bought the Thuka Maxi 21 High Sleeper from BedzRus.
The bed has been delivered in time, a particular delivery time slot had been texted to us the day before and two friendly delivery man carried the high sleeper and mattress upstairs into the bedroom. We assembled the sturdy high quality high sleeper the same evening and our son is absolutely thrilled with the high sleeper and desk and book shelf underneath.

(cause the lads were in Taunton and it saved them hanging around till the following day ).
Very nice lads, and last but not least the bed is absolutely lovely, and great value,
much cheaper than our local stores that are offering supposedly huge discounts.
