A lot of our customers and colleagues can be severely affected by lack of sleep the night before during their busy day. The reality is that the effects of a persistent poor nights rest can result in terrible consequences.

Persistent tiredness can put terrible strain on a relationship, the person which is tired can be irritable and prove impossible to live with. At the worst this can lead to marriage and family break-ups.
Being exhausted can also cause a lack of focus at a persons place of work, depending on the sort of work the person does can have disastrous consequences. For instance what if the person was a Surgeon or Dr? More likely however is that if somebody is deprived of sleep their work will suffer and they may face redundancy or dismissal.
